Web Based Pension Fund Management System (In Case Of Public Servant Social Security Agency)

Abstract

Given the discouraging record of the traditional pension system, there is need for robust web- based pension fund management system that can handle the pension process efficiently. This work focuses on the design and implementation of a web-based pension fund management application to replace the manual system, thus getting rid of the hurdles involved in the traditional pension management process. The application is specifically intended for Public Servants Social Security Agency (PSSSA). This project is intended to address the existing problems in pension provision for pensioners and their family. Pension administration is a very complex process which includes difficult mathematical computations which is error prone, time consuming and labor intensive. Web Based Pension Fund Management System is developed to automate these complex processes benefiting the agency, the employees and pensioners by reducing time and effort required to process the pension decision.
