Abstract
The purpose of this study was to assess the state of technology transfer for Adaa
Woreda's agricultural growth. The significant of research were to increase crop
productivity, increase the income, improve agricultural production techniques, and save
time. This study's scope was limited to Adaa Woreda's agricultural productivity. The
study used a mixed research approach, cross-sectional data, and primary and secondary
sources to accomplish this goal. Questions about the primary data were gathered using
questionnaires. The agricultural office in Adaa Woreda, as well as additional papers,
provided the secondary data. A sample size of 193 respondents were used in the multiple
stage method of sampling. The primary finding of this study was to analysis of crop
productivity and which technology was more relevant than others factors by using Stata
version 15 software application. The findings of the study to show that estimated results
of gender, family size, land size, irrigation, fertilizer, improved seed and tractor were
found significant and important determinants. The results of the multiple linear
regression analysis on the determinants of agricultural productivity show that gender,
family size, land size, irrigation, fertilizer, improved seed, and tractor are more
significant than other factor.
