Abstract
High turnover may be harmful to a company’s productivity, if skilled workers are often leaving and the worker population contains a high percentage of novice workers. Workers resign for many reasons but there are certain general factors, which influence the length of service of workers. The main objective of this study is to investigate the challenges of employee turnover in provision of service deliver and organizational effectiveness the case of Nejo Revenue Authority.
This study will contribute by minimizing the gap in the literature and thereby establish the basis by understanding of some aspects of employee turnover in Nejo town revenue authority. The study will provide empirical information to the finance bureau and revenue authority about the challenges of employee turnover in provision of service delivery and organizational effectiveness. The research design used in this study was quantitative approach .Nejo town Revenue authority was the target population for this study. Structured questionnaires were constructed. Data presentation, analysis and interpretation have been applied with the help of descriptive statics: Percentages and frequencies, correlation, and Binary logistic regression analysis. The analysis of the finding clearly shows that the variables: employee turnover, service delivery, and satisfaction in salary found to be significant factors that affect organizational effectiveness. The study identified that salary is the main factor significantly influence organizational effectiveness.
