This study focused on evaluating the performance and design of a magnetic powder clutch for the Toyota Model 2003. The study used von Mises stress analysis, displacement, and strain deformation analysis to determine the clutch's strength and ability to withstand the required load. The results showed that the clutch's stress levels and deformation were within an acceptable range, indicating that it could handle the load without significant deformation or failure. it was found that the static displacement of the material reached a maximum value of 0.00102 mm when a torque of 50 Nm was applied. This means that when the torque was applied to the material, it experienced a small amount of deformation or displacement, with the maximum displacement recorded at 0.00102 mm. This displacement value is an important measure of the material's response to applied loads. In this case, the material showed a small amount of deformation when subjected to the 50 Nm torque, indicating that it can withstand this load without undergoing significant deformation. Hence, the study's findings have valuable implications for the automotive industry, providing an insight into the design and performance of magnetic powder clutches for future developments.en_US
