Living Standard, Citizens Being High Obstacles To Social Mobility, Citizens?? Low Educational Level And Digital Skills, Data Privacy And Security Concerns, Urban Poverty, And Low Institutional Capacity In Governance Are Significant Challenges. To Overcome These Challenges And Harness The Prospects Of Smart City Adoption, This Paper Recommends Strategic Planners To Prioritize Investments In Digital Infrastructure, Upgrading Citizens??
