dc.description.abstractNow a days cloud computing has becomes an adaptable technology in many organization and used in various fields like Educational institutions, Business, Health care center, Weather forecasting systems, Communications etc. But not used vastly in Agriculture sector which is main livelihood for majority of people in rural areas and which also drives economy in developing countries like Ethiopia. Most of the people living in rural areas were depends on agriculture but they does not have facilities or cost may be very high to technology to Agriculture sector to yield good results. The main aim of this research is to design a cloud based architecture to able to share and access agricultural market information for the users which wants to access the information?�?s anywhere, using internet enabled devices. This study proposes Hybrid cloud platform architecture for sharing and accessing agricultural market information remotely using the independent devices. The study was try to address the limitations of current IT utilization for agriculture and whether Agricultural Groups understand the concept of Cloud computing, its architecture, what it can offer and associated risks challenges agricultural groups might face when migrating their applications to the Cloud. For the designed architecture a prototype system was implemented using Microsoft window azure platform. The prototype is very interactive and user friendly which have resource sharing and accessing portal. The thesis analyze specific cloud platform service and deployment model which agricultural groups can adopt to ensure that migration and integration from traditional on premise systems to the Cloud is seamless.en_US
