dc.description.abstractThis Thesis Work Explores The Synthesis And Characterization Of Copper (Cu) And Iron (Fe)Doped, As Well As Co-Doped, Lead Sulfide (Pbs) Nanoparticles, Focusing On Their Potentialapplications In Semiconductor Technology. Pbs Nanoparticles Were Synthesized Usingexperimental Chemical Synthesizing Sol-Gel Method, Followed By The Incorporation Of Cuand Fe Dopants Through A Controlled Doping And Co Doping Process. The Structural,Morphological, And Optical Properties Of The Synthesized Nanoparticles Were Thoroughlyanalyzed Using X-Ray Diffraction (Xrd), Scanning Electron Microscopy (Sem),Photoluminescence (Pl). Xrd Analysis Confirmed The Crystalline Structure Of The Pbsnanoparticles And Indicated Successful Incorporation Of Cu And Fe Ions Into The Pbslattice, Evidenced By Slight Shifts In The Diffraction Peaks. Sem Images Revealed Uniformparticle Distribution And Size, Optical Properties Were Assessed Through Pl, Demonstrating Anotable Change In The Band Gap Energy Due To Doping, Which Can Be Tuned By Doping Co-Doping. The Findings Highlight The Influence Of Cu And Fe Doping On The Structural Andoptical Properties Of Pbs Nanoparticles, Suggesting Their Potential For Enhancing Theperformance Of Semiconductor Devices. These Doped Nanoparticles Exhibit Modified Opto-Electrical Characteristics, Making Them Suitable For Applications In Photovoltaic Cells,Sensors, And Other Optoelectronic Devices. The Experimental Approach Outlined Provides Areliable Method For The Synthesis And Characterization Of Doped And Co-Dopedsemiconductor Nanoparticles, Paving The Way For Further Research And Development Inadvanced Nano-Materials.en_US
