There are many interrelated contributing factors to the inefficiency of a construction projects such as low productivity, low quality of end product, projects time and cost overrun. To overcome such construction project difficulty, we need to focus on the management system of a project. In the last decade, digital transformation has changed a wide range of industrial sectors, resulting in an amazing increase in product quality, productivity, and product variety. The objectives of this paper are to develop an LRS model for the rural road construction as a means of relevant information exchange tool, to develop a geodatabase that can handle an LRS spatial data with its required temporal information and to develop flexible web-based GIS model as a tool to communicate the required information between parties. In order to achieve this objective the following procedures has been followed: organizing information which are used for the model, creating the required geodatabase, modeling an LRS which consider the Z value to attain 3D information, and sharing the necessary information through a web-based GIS application and lastly it recommends how other researchers to go on for further investigation.en_US
