dc.description.abstractIn This Paper, Zno Nps Were Synthesized Through Green Method Using Garlic Bulb (Allium Sativum) Extract, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract And Their Mixture. The Synthesized Zno Nps Were Characterized Through Xrd, Uv-Vis, Pl Spectroscopy And Ftir Spectroscopy. The Functional Group Of Synthesized Zno Nps Was Characterized Using Ftir Spectroscopy. The Crystalline Sizes And Peak Absorbance Of Zno Nps Synthesized Using Garlic Bulb (Allium Sativum) Extract; Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract And Their Mixture Were Found To Be 19.8 Nm, 21.94 Nm, 23.86 Nm And 369.5 Nm, 377.5 Nm And 374 Nm With Band Gap Of 3.375 Ev, 3.3 Ev, 3.325 Ev Respectively. The Antimicrobial Activities Of Synthesized Zno Nps Were Tested Against Gram Negative Bacteria (E.Coli And P.Putida) And Gram Positive Bacteria (S.Aureus And S.Pyogenes). According To The Recorded Data Zno Nps Synthesized Using The Mixture Of Garlic Bulb (Allium Sativum) And Z.Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract Was Shown Maximum Inhibition Zone Against G-Ve Bacteria P.Putida (28.67 0.82 Mm) And G+Ve Bacteria S.Aureus(15.67 0.47 Mm) Respectively. Zno Nps Mediated Garlic Bulb And Z.Officinale Root Extract Were Indicated Maximum Inhibition Zone Against G-Ve Bacteria E.Coli (19 0.82 Mm) And G+Ve Bacteria S.Aureus (16.4 0.47mm) Respectivelyen_US
