dc.description.abstractThe Progress Of Green Chemistry In The Synthesis Of Nanoparticles Using Plants Exstract Has Attracting A Great Attention Nowadays Due To Its Low Cost, Simple To Handle, Non-Toxic And Environmentally-Friendly In Nature. The Present Study Focuses On The Green Synthesis And Characterization Of Pure Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles Using Different Ratios Of Calpurnea Aurea Leaf Extract For Antibacterial Application On The Drug Resistant Bacteria. Zinc Acetate Dihydrate Was Used As Precursor To Synthesize Zno Nanoparticles Using The Calpurnea Aurea Leaf Extract. Zinc Acetate Dihydrate Was Used To Synthesize Zno Nanoparticles. The Synthesized Nanoparticles Were Characterized By Advanced Techniques Like Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (Tga), X-Ray Diffraction (Xrd, Scanning Electron Microscopy (Sem), Energy Dispersive X-Ray And Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (Ftir). Tga Was Performed For Zno Nanoparticles To Study The Thermal Stability Of Materials. The Xrd Analysis Reveals All The Synthesized Particles Have Pure Hexagonal Phase With Particle Size In The Range Of 8.43-27.3nm. The Sem Analysis Indicates The Spherical Shape Morphology For The Samples That Calcinated At 400 0c And Grain Size Increases With The Decrease Of The Concentration Of The Capping Agents. Edx Spectrum Showed The Elemental Composition Of Zno Nps. The Uv-Visible Result Showed The Absorbance Peak At 454nm, 466nm And 431nm Corresponding To The Characteristic Band Of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles (1:1), (3:2),And(9:1)Respectively. The Ft-Ir Analysis Shows The Interaction Between The Capping Agents And The Synthesized Zno Nanoparticle. The Antibacterial Activity Studies Of The Synthesized Materials Against Selected Bacteria Gramposative (Staphylococcus Aureus,) And Gram-Negative( Klebsiella Pneumonia) Have Been Checked. The Synthesized Znonps Show Antibacterial Activity Against Both Gram-Posative And Gramnegative Bacteria,The Gram-Negative Show More Resistance Than The Gram-Posative Bacteria.en_US
