Green Synthesis Of Metal Oxide Nanoparticles And Nanocomposite Using Plant Extract As Reducing And Capping Agent Become The Superior Method In Nanochemistry. In This Studysynthesis Of Zno, Cuo Nanoparticles And Their Nanocomposite (Zno/Cuo) Were Prepared Using The Phytochemical Extracts From The Leaf Of Acokantheraschimperri. The Physicochemical Properties Of Those Synthesized Materials Were Resolute By Using Some Characterization Techniques Including Ultraviolet Visible Spectroscopy (Uv-Vis), X-Ray Diffraction (X-Rd),Fourier Transform Infrared (Ftir) Spectrometer And Scanning Electron Microscopy (Sem). The X-Rd Result Confirmed The Presence Of Monoclinic Cuo (Tenorite) And Hexagonal Zno (Zincite)Of Nanoparticles Phase, Which Were Both Confirmed In The Zno/Cuo Composite. The Obtained Particle Sizes Found For The Zno, Cuo Nanoparticles And Zno/Cuo Nanocomposite Were 9.55nm, 3.34nm And 6.44nm, Respectively. The Electron Microscopy Of The Zno, Cuo Nanoparticles, And Zno/Cuo Nanocomposite Showed A Mixture Of Nanoscale Possess Plates, Filled Ellipse And Agglomeration Morphologies With Some Collection. The Synthesized Zno Nanoparticle And Zno/Cuo Nanocomposite Were Tested Using Disc Diffusion Method And The Antibacterial Activity Of Zno,Cuo Nanoparticles And Zno/Cuo Nanocomposite Prepared At Different Concentration (1 ,0.75, 0.5,0.25)Gm/Ml Were Compared Toward Four Types Of Pathogenic Bacteria, Gram Negative(Escherichia Coli, Pseudomonas Aerogenosa) And Gram Positive (Staphylococcus Aureus, Streptococcus Pyogenes).1mg/Ml Concentration Prepared Cuonanoparticle Shows The Highest Antibacterial Activity With Inhibition Zone Of 22 Mm Against Streptococcus Pyogenes. In Conclusion, A Result Of Greenly Synthesized Cuo Nanoparticle Showssignificant Antibacterial Activity As Compared With Znonanoparticle.en_US
