Cloud Based Platform Design For Court File Sharing

Abstract

Courts are very important organization over the whole world they have a vital roles for countries to make this organization secure reliable and flexible this organization must be related with information technology (IT).Information technology has many alternatives like we can make desktop application for the court or we can make web based application these all technologies can make the organization modernize but they have some drawback they need maintenance that can be complex for user, need very skilled person, and there will be other problems so to be over came over this problems information technology gives us another new technology that is cloud computing.In courts there are a lot of files all these files are shared by different employers in the institution. But this process has a lot of problems like there is a security problem when they share files, the sharing is not fast, user cannot get the file when they need and there are a lot of complain that raised by user sometime file cannot available or there is a duplication of file so, for making this file sharing more secure, fast, on time and having a file at any time when they need the study use cloud computing technology to design a platform. To do these first the researcher choose the best cloud computing service delivery models those are Paas, Saas and Iaas from those by using Paas the researcher develop the application for the court file sharing system. For these purpose the researcher use Open Shift Online 3.5 platform that is provided by red-hat which is best platform for sharing activity. So to develop the application first we must have an account of open shift so first we should register the after registering creating our project then select the programing language after that the provider give the platform and we create our application and we can develop the design. After that the end user can use the application they can store, share, view and download their file easily and in fast way
