Abstract
Three-Wheeler Is The Most Popular And Favorite Road Transport User?�?S Way And Has An Important Role For Transporting People, Goods And Property, Short Distances All Around The World. The Number Of Three-Wheeler In Ethiopia Is Growing Significantly Every Year To Meet The Needs Of Passengers. In Ethiopia, Passengers Are Usually Use Three-Wheeler For Traveling Because Of Its Availability And Economically Inexpensive. Three-Wheeler, Usually Named As Minidor, Force Bajaj, Are Gaining Popularity In Our Country Ethiopia Due To The Assembling Company Were Found Around Central Ethiopia, Mojo. These Vehicles Give Short Distance Transportation, There Is Frequent Speed Variations. Increasing The Engine Speed Too High Engages The Clutch Causing Excessive Clutch Plate Wear And Slippage Occurs Due To Loading Condition The Pressure Contact Between The Contacts Surfaces That Occurs Due To The Axial Force Applied The Diaphragm Spring. This Thesis Work Focuses On Investigation Of Different Clutch Material For Minidor (Force) Three Wheeler. By Re Modelling The Minidor (Force) Three Wheeler Clutch Using Catia V5, Then Performing Dynamic Test On The Clutch Model Using Ls Dyna Software. After Performing Dynamic Test Identifying The Critical Zones Of Clutch On The Three Wheeler To Make Modification On The Identified Critical Zone Of The Clutch, And Then Test The Effect Of The Modified Clutch For Better Performance. From The Result It Has Been Obtained 11.03% Temperature Reduction And The Amount Of Wear Debris Removed Is 0.00319mm3Lining Of Clutch Have Been Improved From Existing Minidor Clutch By The Modification Made. The Investigation Of Clutch Lining Material Fe Simulation Regarding Effect On Human Health Is Very Fruitful Results As Thermal Test. Force Three Wheeler Should Be Fitted With The Modified Clutch Futures Implemented On This Thesis Work.
