Nanoparticles, Especially Alumina Ceramics, Are Widely Used Due To Their Versatile Applications, But There Is Still Limited Understanding Of How Various Processing Parameters Together Influence Its Properties. This Research Investigated That The Effect Of Process Parameters And Their Combined Interplay On The Thermal Stability And Crystallite Size Of Alumina Ceramic. Aluminum Oxide (Alumina) Was Synthesized Using The Well-Known Bottom-Up Technique Sol-Gel Method. An L9 Orthogonal Array Was Used To Design The Experiment. Optimization Of The Three Process Parameters In Their Three Levels With Single And Multi-Response Analyses Was Conducted. Xrd Characterization Revealed Phase And Crystallite Size Details, Tga Provided The Mass Loss Of The Nine Samples And Its Morphology And Elemental Composition By Sem And Eds. The Different Phases Obtained From Xrd Results Were ??, ??, ??, And ?? With Their Corresponding Crystallite Size (20.6nm,6.5nm, 5.8nm, 8nm, 6.9nm, 5.2nm, 26.5nm, 8.6nm, And 6.5nm) Respectively For All Nine Samples. The Tga Characterization Also Delivered A Significant Insight About To Thermal Stability Of Each Sample Through Its Mass Loss (5.70%, 5.40%, 4.90%, 6.00%, 5.50%, 5.00%, 6.53%, 5.60%, And 5.30% Respectively). And, The Sem Results Also Validate The Significant Difference Of The Particle Size. The Elemental Composition Was Identified As Aluminum And Oxygen With No Significant Impurities. The Optimized Results Which Are Obtained From The Characterization Showed A Very Promising Results To See The Optimal Synthesis Process And Studied The Complex Interplay Of Different Process Parameters. Confirmation Experiment Was Done. However, Further Validation Through Confirmation Experiment And Consideration Of Additional Process Parameters Is Highly Recommended For A Better Result By Improving The Synthesis Process.en_US
