Abstract
Passenger Cars Are Causing Collision Frequently In Ethiopia. Even Though There Are Many Different Reasons, Brake Pedal Sponge Reaction Time Delay May Be One Of The Reasons Behind Such Collision. The Purpose Of This Thesis Work Is To Improve Hydraulic Pressure System With Operative Temperature Of Light Vehicle By Altering The Design Without Changing System Dimension And Development Of Automatic Air Bleed For Vehicle Brake Control System. The Methods Employed In This Thesis Work Are Modeling Component Parts Using Auto cad;Cation V5 Software And Ansys Software Also Production Of Component Parts And Construction Of Prototype For Demonstration Purpose. The Model Was Developed With The Automatic Air Release Valve And Brake Components. The Brake Components Used For The Construction Of The Prototype Are Selected From Toyota 3k Car Model. Also, Automatic Air Release Valve Which Is Used For Release Air Pocket That Is Collected At Each High Point Of A Full Pressure Line. Automatic Air Bleeding System Is Developed Based On The Brake System Of Toyota 3k Car Model. The Developed System Is Demonstrated Successfully. It Is Concluded That, If This System Is Implemented On Vehicle, Stopping Distance Reduces Leading To Reduction In Collision.
