Abstract

In Material Science One Of The Important Materials Which Got Attention Of Researcher Is Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles (Zno Nps) As Its Property Makes Usable For Different Applications Such As Electronics, Catalysis And Antimicrobial Agent. Making Nanocomposite Of Zno With Suitable Materials Improve The Property Of Materials Like Stability, Multiplied Surface Vicinity, And Stepped-Forward Dispersion Of The Nanoparticles And Silicon Oxide (Sio2) Is Among The Suitable Materials. Sio2 Is An Amorphous, White, Non-Toxic Powder And The Surface Of Sio2has High Activity, Good Adsorption Capacity, And Excellent Applications As A Carrier Material, Solving The Issue Of Particle Agglomeration. In This Study, Ajuga Integrifolia (A. Integrifolia) Leaf Extract Was Used For Green Synthesize Of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticle (Zno Nps), Silicon Oxide Nanoparticles (Sio2 Nps), And Zinc Oxide/Silicon Oxide (Zno/Sio2) Nanocomposite (Nc). The Synthesized Nanomaterials Were Characterized By Ultraviolet-Visible (Uv-Vis) Spectrophotometer, Fourier Transform Infrared (Ftir) Spectrometer, X-Ray Diffraction (Xrd), And Scanning Electron Microscope (Sem). Each Synthesized Materials Show Their Representative Peaks Matched With Their Joint Committee On Powder Diffraction Standards (Jcpds) Card No.= 036-1451 For Zno Nps, 043-569 For Sio2 Nps, And 045-1374 And 036-1451 For Zno/Sio2 Ncs In X-Ray Diffraction Analysis. The Crystalline Size Calculated Based On Xrd Data Was 20.886 Nm For Zno Nps And 8.1737 Nm For Zno/Sio2 Ncs. Ultraviolet Visible (Uv-Vis) Spectrophotometer Analysis Shown Characteristic Absorption Maxima For Zno Nps At 351.4 Nm While That For Zno/Sio2 Nc Shifted To 356 Nm. The Sem Analysis Revealed Spherical Shape For Green Synthesized Zno Nps And Zno/Sio2 Ncs. The Antibacterial Activity Of Synthesized Nanomaterials Was Tested Against Gram-Positive And Gram-Negative. Zno/Sio2 Nc Illustrated High Antibacterial Activity Compared To Zno Nps. The Photocatalytic Activity Of Zno/Sio2 Nc Was Evaluated By The Degradation Of Methylene Blue (Mb) Dye Under Open Visible Light Irradiation; The Results Indicated 97.5% Degradation At Optimum Condition. The Degradation Efficiency Of Mb Dye By Using Green Synthesized Zno Np Was About 95%.
