Abstract
In today’s global environment, organizations are constantly looking for the ways to expand and improve their business in terms of quality and quantity. Adoption and subsequently certification of these organizations with ISO9001 has revealed to be the proactive strategy to improve organizational performance. This study empirically examined the extent to which quality management system (ISO 9001:2008) Practice and Organizational performance are correlated. A descriptive research design using survey was adopted in this paper. The sample size of 32 respondents were selected using purposive sampling approach. Data regarding the effect of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) practice on the organization operational and business performance was collected using questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis such as mean and frequency where as inferential statistics was done through correlation and regression test.
