Abstract
Cement Tile Is A Rich Resource In Ethiopia And Has A Great Possibility For Marketing Such As Small And Micro Enterprise And Private Enterprise, Which Can Drive Urban And Semi-Urban Development. Almost All Cement Tile Production Activities Are Done May Be At Risk Of Absence Of Appropriate Machine Because Of Cost, Capacity And Production Rate. To Solve This, Redesigning And Improving For Automatic Feeder And Manual Hydraulic Machine By Cement Tile Vibrator Machine Provides Solutions For Time Wastage And Cost Due To Slow Production Rate Of The Machine And Limited WithFixed Size Product. While Cement Tile Vibrator Machine Can Produce 9-16 Pieces In Once, Very Cheap Comparing From The Existing Machines And Fast Production Rate That Is From 1-2 Minutes. It Also Manipulate Easily For Necessary Operation Relative To Existing Machine And Not Complicated To Operate, Eliminate Pressing Operation, Light In Weight And Easily Move From Site To Site, Produce Different Size Of Tiles And Easy To Maintenance.To Achieve This, An Observation And Interview Has Been Made In The Selected Sub-Cities In Addis Ababa Smes (Yeca Sub-City, Nifas Silk/Lafto Sub-City, Bole Sub-City And Kirkos Sub-City), Known Private Enterprise (Zenebe Firaw Cement Product Enterprise) And Addis Ababa Small And Micro Enterprise Developmental Agency.Data Are Collected By Means Of Observation And Structured Interviews With Related Bodies. Based On The Data Analyzed, An Improved Electrical Cement Tile Vibrator Machine Is Designed And Manufactured To Improve The Efficiency Of The Users. The Development History And Existing Shortcomings Of Cement Tile Machine Is Briefly Described And The Electrical Operated Cement TileVibrator Technology Is Studied Out With A Balanced Inner Shaft Structure Driven By Belt Drive Mechanism. Finally Manufacturing Operation, Assembling And Maintenance, Testing Of Different Components, Construction, Working Principles And Result And Discussion Of The Project Is Explained In This Paper.
