Massive Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) utilizes a substantial number of antennaspositioned at the base station and offers a promising solution for achieving high spectralefficiency and enhancing wireless communication capacity. However, challenges arisewithin the millimeter wave (mm-wave) spectrum, attributed to path loss and blockage. Thisthesis have been addressed these challenges by implementing a beamforming technique tofocus transmitted energy in specific directions, thereby enhancing signal strength andmitigating the impacts of path loss and blockage. The thesis comprehensively aims toevaluate massive MIMO systems in mm-wave bands, considering factors such as the numberof antennas, beamforming algorithms, and channel conditions. Performance metrics, including spectral efficiency, coverage, and interference management, have been rigorouslyassessed through extensive simulations. The findings of this thesis have been contribute toan enhanced understanding of massive MIMO performance in mm-wave environments, offering valuable insights for the design and optimization of wireless communicationsystems. Consequently, network operators, researchers, and system designers have betterequipped to make informed decisions regarding the deployment and configuration ofmassive MIMO systems in mm-wave environments. This thesis have been deepen theunderstanding of the advantages, challenges, and trade-offs associated with massive MIMOsystems utilizing antenna beamforming techniques in mm-wave bands. Finally, from thesimulation result, RMS EVM can outperform and shows the importance of considering thenumber of users and the choice of modulation scheme in mm-wave massive MIMO channelsto ensure optimal performance and reliable communication in dense user environments. The result shows that the importance of maintaining performance in dense userenvironments, the limitations of higher-order modulation schemes, the use of massiveMIMO and hybrid beamforming techniques to address mm-wave communicationchallenges, with improved performance at higher SNRs.en_US
