However, Particularly In Addis Ababa, Considering Those Who Are Low Incomes Population That Could Not Construct Their Homes Per The Standard Stated By The Municipality Office, The Federal And The State Government Are Constructing Many Low Cost Condominiums Buildings. Almost All Condominium Buildings Have Similar Design With Different Categories. As Their Design Drawings Show That The Sizes Of Each Room Are Too Small To Furnish Standard Furniture. In Addition The Interior Wall Of These Building Is Fixed Which Do Not Allow Any Modification Or Flexibility. So Considering Such Kind Of Problem The Movable Type Of Interior Partition Wall Construction Gives A Freedom To The Owner Of The House To Modify The Size Of The Rooms As The Allowed Flexibility.
