Cycling Has Become The New Trend In Developed Countries As It Is One Of The Nmt Systems To Reduce Environmental Challenges. Despite Increased Interest, Cycling In Ethiopian Cities Has Yet To Garner Widespread Attention. Nonetheless, Assessment Of Bicycle Lane Is Often A Neglected Issue Related To The Effectiveness Of The Infrastructure. Additionally, Bicycle Lanes In Urban Areas Are Sometimes Rated Only On Their Length, Regardless Of The Network's Overall Quality Or Usefulness. The Lebu-Jemo Cycling Corridor, Sharing An Existing Vehicular Access Road For A Bicycle Lane Also Poses Issues. The Purpose Of The Present Study Aims To Evaluate The Effectiveness Of The Bicycle Lane And Its Impacts On Other Road Network Users And Businesses. From The Bci Calculation Performed On The Finding Segment, The Lebu-Jemo Route Is Very Compatible For Cycling And Has A Moderately High Degree Of Service According To The Blos Calculation. In Contrast, The Qualitative Analysis Finding Denoted That The Majority Of The Participants Are Positive About The Bike Lane While Some Have Been Negatively Impacted By The Existence Of The Bike Lane. In Addition To That, The Result From The Key Informants Shows That Many Of The Business Adjacent To The Bike Lane Are Negatively Impacted By The Existence Of The Cycling Corridor. The Overall Finding Implies That Despite The Increment Of The Number Of Cyclists In The Area The Majority Of Them Do Not Use The Provided Bike Lane Due To Lack Of Safety, Maintenance And Unconnectedness Of The Bike Way. In General, Future Studies Should Take Into Account That Extensive Research And Analysis Is Prior To Developing And Installing The Remaining Bicycle Corridors In A Way That Addresses The Future Flow Of Traffic, Demand For Parking Space, Location By Taking Notes From The Issues Faced In The Previously Established Bike Ways.
