dc.description.abstractIn this we study about environmental pollution is a major threat to human health and ecosystems, particularly when it comes to water pollution from industrial waste that contains organic dyes and other dangerous chemicals. The unregulated discharge of these pollutants into water bodies puts aquatic life in jeopardy and contaminates the water unfit for human consumption. Photo-catalysis, a technology that employs light to activate catalysts and break down pollutants into harmless chemicals, is one promising approach to solving this problem. By using this creative method to clean up contaminated water, industrial pollution can be prevented from having a negative impact on the environment and public health. We investigated the use of Calcium Oxide composite with Activated carbon (CaO/AC) synthesized from Eggshell (ES) and Banana peels(BP) ) for the removal of methylene blue (MB) from wastewater. Pristine biomass of BP as its corresponding biochar-based nano composites were synthesized by pyrolyzing at 400°C for 1.5 hr. The TGA-DTA was used for thermal analysis. The result showed 800°C as the point at which stable metal oxide is formed. XRD was used for crystalline size determination. FTIR was determine functional group of compound and SEM was showed morphological surface of samples. Activated carbon was synthesized (AC) and characterized XRD crystalline. The synthesized CaO NPs and composite of CaO with AC were examined for photocatalytic dye degradation of dyes such as Methylene blue (MB) in aqueous medium. Where composite form of CaO with AC form the CaCO3 due to calcination process in the presence of corbondyoxide (CO2). The studies include optimization of parameter which found to be 12pH, 10ppm dye concentration and 10mg of catalyst loading were effective operation condition. The composite demonstrated a remarkable 98.76% degrading efficiency within 2.13*10-4 minute Uv visible irradiation. These optimized settings, highlighting its potential for effective wastewater treatment applications.en_US
