Abstract

The Most Recent And Advanced Method For Producing More Nanoparticles Whichhas Antimicrobial Effect Is Nanotechnology. The Aim Of This Work Was To Synthesismno2/Nio Nanocomposite (Ncs) And Mno2 And Nio Nanoparticles (Nps) Usingonion Peel Extract And To Evaluate Antimicrobial And Antioxidant Properties. Greensynthesis Method Was Used To Synthesized The Nps And Ncs. The Onion Peel Extractserved The Dual Purpose Of Reducing And Capping Agent In The Synthesis Process. The Synthesized Materials Underwent Characterization Through Various Techniques Including Tga, Ftir, Uv-Drs Spectroscopy, Xrd, Pl, And Sem. The Antimicrobial Activity Of The Biosynthesized Nanocomposites (Ncs) Was Assessed Using The Disc Diffusion Method Against Fungal (Candida Albicans) And Two Strainsof Gram-Positive Bacteria (Streptococcus Pyogenes And Staphylococcus Aureus),As Well As Two Gram-Negative Bacteria (Escherichia Coli And Pseu Domonasaeruginosa). Additionally, The Antioxidant Capacity Of The Samples Was Evaluated Using 2,2-Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl (Dpph) Assays In Vitro. The Xrd Patternsrevealed Distinct Peaks Confirming The Formation Of Mno2 And Nio Nanoparticles(Nps) As Well As Mno2/Nio Nanocomposites (Ncs). The Average Crystallite Sizeswere Determined To Be 14nm, 7.19nm, 6.27nm, 3.95nm, And 6.69nm For Mno2, Nionps, And Mno2/Nio Ncs In Three Ratios (1:1, 1:2, And 2:1) Respectively. Ftiranalysis Indicates The Presence Of Hydroxyl, Carbonyl, And Alkyl Functional In Onionpeel Powder. Sem Analysis Verified The Non-Uniform With Irregular-Shape Daggregated Structure For Biosynthesized Ncs. The Results Showed Maximum Zoneinhibition Values Of 27.1mm And 26mm At A Dosage Of 75??G/Ml Towards Gram-Negative And Gram-Positive Bacteria, Respectively. Mno2/Nio Ncs, Especially The1:2 Ratios, Demonstrated Superior Antibacterial Activity (21.2-27.16mm) At Aconcentration Of 75??G/Ml. The Best Antifungal Activity Was Displayed By Candidaalbicans At Mno2/Nio Ncs In 1:2 (16.12mm) At A Concentration Of 75??G/Ml. At1000??G/Ml, The Dpph Radical Scavenging Activity Showed Inhibition For The 1:1,1:2 2:1 Mno2/Nio Ncs Volume Ratios, Respectively, Of 71%, 71.28%, And 71%.Generally, Among Various Ratios Tested, The 1:2 Ratios Of Mno2/Nio Ncsdemonstrated Superior Antimicrobial And Antioxidative Properties.
