Abstract
Pathogen Infections Are Causing Major Challenge In The Current World. The Need To Management Of Pathogen Infection Using Rapid, Environmentally Friendly And Cost-Effective Method Leads To ANeed For A Continuous Research. In This Research Flaxseed Hydrogel Based, Dodonaea Angustifolia Induced And Ag-Nanoparticles Encapsulated Biofilm Was Developed ForAntibacterial Application. Leaf Extract Of Dodonaea Angustifolia Was Used As Filler On Flaxseed Hydrogel (Due To Its Antimicrobial Activity), Reducing And Capping Agents For The Synthesis Of Silver Nanoparticles (Agnps). Distilled Water Dw Was Used Solvent For The Extraction Process And The Effect Of Different Operational Parameters (Temperature And Time) Was Tested.Operational Parameter Was Also Optimized For Extraction Of Flaxseed Hydrogel (Fsh) By Using Rsm (Bbd). For The Dodonaea Angustifolia Mediated Green Synthesis Of Agnps, The Effect Of Temperature, Time, Volume Of Plant Extract, And Precursor Concentration As Operation Parameters Was Investigated For The Synthesis Of Agnps. Among The Tested Parameters, The Effect Of Precursor Concentration Was Confirmed As The Dominant Parameter That Affects The Agnps Solution. Then The Synthesized Agnps Were Homogeneously Dispersed Into Fs-Gly-Da Biofilm And Used As Filler To Prepare Agnps Dispersed Fs-Based Biofilms.Greenly Synthesized Agnps Were Confirmed Using Uv-Vis Spectroscopy And Characterized By Xrd, Psa, Ft-Ir. And Its Antimicrobial Activities Were Also Evaluated. Phytochemical Screening Test And Ft-Ir Analysis Of Dodonaea Angustifolia Leaves Extract Revealed The Existence Of Active Components Which Capped The Nanoparticles During The Synthesis. The Antibacterial Activities Of Synthesized Agnps Were Evaluated Against Gram-Positive Bacteria (S. Pyogenes And S. Aureus) And Gram-Negative Bacteria (E. Coli And P. Aeruginosa) And Observed That A Higher Zone OfInhibition. The Study Results Revealed That The Antimicrobial Activity Of Fs Biofilms Was Enhanced By Dispersing Dodonaea Angustifolia Leaves Extract And Green Synthesized Agnps.
