Abstract
The squeezing and statistical properties of the light produced by a two level atom coupled to squeezed vacuum inside a coherently driven cavity is studied applying c-number Langevin equations. Employing the solutions of these equations, we have determined the atomic inversion, thequadraturevarianceofthecavityradiation, thephotonstatisticofthecavitymode and the second order correlation function. If so turned out that the quadrature variance of the cavity mode exhibit squeezing and the squeezing occurs in the plus quadrature of the cavity mode. Further more, the degree of squeezing and mean photon number of the cavity mode increases with the presence of the squeezed vacuum and as the amplitude of the driving mode increases. But the degree of squeezing decrease when κ increase. And also the atomic inversion increase as the atomic decay constant increase. Moreover, we have found that the cavity mode radiationexhibitsphotonantibounchingandpoissonianphotonstatistics.
