Abstract

This Study Is Focused On Furthering Our Understanding Of The Different Titanium Diboride Percentage Compositions That Influence The Formability Of Aluminum- Titanium Diboride (Altib2) Composite Materials. Formability Is The Ability Of A Given Material To Undergo Plastic Deformation Without Being Damaged. The Plastic Deformation Capacity Of Materials, However, Is Limited To A Certain Extent At Which The Material Could Experience Fracture; Thus, Its Investigation Is Critical For Successful Processing Of Materials During Bulk Deformation. The Present Investigation Had Been Undertaken To Evaluate The Formability Of Al-Tib2 Composites For Pure Aluminum And Various Percentage Tib2 Powder Compositions Such As (0%, 4%, 8%, And 12%). In Most Production Factories There Is A Great Challenge Or Problem Needs Lightweight And High Strength Material, Especially Used In Aerospace, Automotive, And Marine. Al With Tib2 Composite Material Is Used To Minimize This Problem. This Work Mainly Studies Investigation Of The Formability Behavior Of Aluminum Titanium Diboride Composite Material With Various Percentage Compositions Produced By Using Stir Casting And Using Different Mechanical Tests Specially Compression Test And Micro Structure And Also Numerical Analysis By With Deform Software. Mainly, This Work Studied And Analyzed Under Formability Experiment, Must Study Compression Test To Generate The Forming Limit Of The Material And View Stress-Strain Curve. It Has Been Used As A Reference To Estimate How The Material Close To Failure. The Compression Strength Will Estimate Using A Computerized Universal Testing Machine. Basically Al ?�?Tib2 (8% Tib2) Is Best From Other Composition I.E. 0% Tib2, 4% Tib2, 12% Tib2. Since, If The Ceramic Powder Or The Reinforcement Was More, The Property Of The Material Would Change From Ductile In To Brittle. So, As We Have Seen The Result Al ?�?Tib2 (8% Tib2) Composite Material Is Best To Forming Process.
