dc.description.abstractFunctional Coatings Were Used As Thin Films On A Lot Of Objects And Substrates, Such Coatings Were Used As Surface Engineered Materials To Form Advanced Materials. Modified Silica Nanoparticles With Amino Group, Zinc Acetate Dehydrate And ???? Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (Gps) Were Used In This Research To Form Functional Coatings. The Amino And Epoxy Groups From The Modified Silica Nanoparticles And The Gps, Respectively, Forms A Multifunctional Smart Coatings On Microscope Glass Slides. We Have Used One Step Dip-Coating And Flow-Coating Process To Fabricate Superhydrophobic Silica, Nanosilica-Zinc Hybrids, And Nanocomposite Films On Glass Substrates. It Can Be Applied Over Different Surfaces, Such As Glass, Plastic Substrates, Semiconductor Or Electronic Components And Metal Surfaces. Zinc Acetate Dehydrate [Zn(Ch3oo)2(H2o)2] Was Used To Interact With The Modified Silica Sol, Yielded Films Of A Zinc Acetate/Silica Composite Network While The Hydrophilic Part Associate With Zn Helps In Binding The Hydroxyl Groups (Silanols) Present On The Glass Surface. Nanocomposited Coating Using Nanosilica, Nanosilica-Zinc And Nanosilica-Zinc-??Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (Gps) Coatings On Glass Substrate Can Improve The Interfacial Network Or Bridge Region Of Organosilanes Compounds. Optical Microscope Was Used To See Surface And Morphology Of Films Coated On Glass Substrates. X-Ray Diffraction (Xrd), Optical Transmission By Uv Vis-Spectroscopy And Fourier Transform Infrared (Ftir) Spectroscopy And Peel Test Characterization Were Used To Characterize Samples.en_US
