dc.description.abstractBagasse Fiber Reinforced Composite Materials Are Eco-Friendly Materials, Which Do Not Affect The Environment. Bagasse And Fly Ash Are Waste Product Of Sugar Industry And Easily Available. Since These Byproducts Were Not Yet Commercialized For Any Application In Material Of Engineering Applications, This Work Is Highly Motivated To Fabricate Composite Material That Can Be Used For Simple Applications Like, Table?�?S, Window, Door, Kitchen Cabinet, Chairs And Others. This Work Covers Manufacturing Of E-Glass Fiber And Bagasse Fiber At Different Compositions Like E-Glass Fiber/Epoxy, Bagasse Fiber/ Epoxy, And E-Glass/Bagasse Fiber Epoxy With 5, 10 And 15-Weight % Of Fly Ash Fillers. The Fabrication Of This Composite Was Done By Hand Lay-Up Method At Ambient Conditions. The Fabricated Composites Were Tested To Obtain Their Microstructure And Mechanical Properties Such As Surface Hardness And Tensile Properties. Moreover, Machining Property Was Also Analyzed By Performing The Drilling Operation. The Results Was Optimized Through Various Technique Like Taguchi And Anova Method. Based On The Result Of The Work, Tensile Strength Is Noted As 135 Mpa And Hardness Value As 32 Vhn At Optimum Combination Of Parameters. Fabrication Of The Composite Is Successfully Done. Effective Drilling Is Achieved For Some Parameters While Defects Are Also Observed On Drilled Hole For Optimized Parameters. Machining Problem Is Enhanced Using Filler Materials. Machinability Is Improved As Fly Ash Filler Material Increases.en_US
