In This Research a Simple and Low Cost Effective Prism Spectrometer Applied to Measure the Refractive Index (n) of Different Edible Oils Using Red, Green diode and He-Ne laser. This Applied procedures Enable to Distinguish Sunflower Oil (1.4704), Mustarad Oil(1.4702), and Palm Oil(1.4566) and Coconut Oil(1.4469).The Average Refractive Index (n) of Adulterated Sunflower Oils with Palm Oils(1.4637) and Coconut Oil with Palm Oil was (1.4522)respectively.As the Concentration of Edible Oils Increases the Refractive Index(n) Increases and the Wavelength(λ)of the laser light Increases as the Refractive Index(n) of Adulterated Edible Oils Decreases.en_US
