Abstract

Drivers Require A Lifting Device Jack With A Slot That Fits In Place Under The Car In The Appropriate Area While Changing Tires. Jacks Are Also Necessary In Workshops Or Maintenance Centers For The Maintenance And Replacement Of Parts To Make The Process Faster And Easier. A Pneumatic Jack Is A Vital Vehicle Component That Is Employed In A Variety Of Maintenance Centers And /Or By Using Shop Truck Vehicles For Site Maintenance Purposes. When The Pneumatic System Is Being Adopted For The First Time, However, It Has To Deal With The Question Of Compressed Air Supply. The Key Part Of Any Facility For The Supply Of Compressed Air Is Using A Reciprocating Compressor. The Goal Of This Thesis Is To Design And Analyze Extended-Handle Pneumatic Floor Jacks For Light-Duty Vehicles. Repairing More Than Two Vehicles At A Time By Using A Single Compressor Is Economically Effective. The Designed Pneumatic Floor Jack Is Used For A Light-Duty Vehicle That Has Gvwr Below 3860 Kg Only. The Output Of The Research Illustrates The Effect Of Airbag Thickness Adding From 2.5mm To 3mm The Load Applied On The Pneumatic Floor Jack To Minimize The Compression Force. It Will Provide Some Guidelines To Design And Analyze Extended Handle Pneumatic Floor Jacks For Light Vehicles From Natural Rubber And Its Static, And Dynamic Analysis Using Ansys 2022r1. There Are Different Materials Used To Design And Analyze Extended Handle Pneumatic Floor Jacks For Light Vehicles; Such As Tire Rubber, Structural Steel, Stainless Steel, Air Hose, Pneumatic Control Valve, Hollow Shaft, Pvc Plastic, Drive Wheel, Etc. Were Used. Depending On The Analysis The Result Will Be Effectively Utilized In Modeling The Extended Handle Pneumatic Floor Jack Which Is Used To Lift A Vehicle??S Single Tire At A Time For Performing Maintenance And Tire
